meetings, need to contact so many people to make new arrangements. Hope today's rehearsal turn out well without me. I need to make an appointment with the spin doctor to make me super well and fit for next week's mayhem.
we do to prevent illness? Sleep well (where got time), exercise (where got time), eat well (drink lots of water, eat lots of fruits and vegetables, cut down on oily food and kfc), and generally have lots of tender love and care. Spending time to do the things you like to do helps (I am putting off getting that latest Harry Potter book, must endure till end of the month ...)
