While thinking back of the many great films that I had watched last year ... of which my best-of list is still not out, this year looks set to be a good year too, judging from the few good men, I mean, films, that are already screening ... Nobody Knows is great; Being Julia is awesome ...

The Sea Inside. The best thing I can say about this film is the screenplay. Every other line by the lead actor is like a sucker punch, that hits you hard with wonder at its brilliance. Not overtly sentimental, full of hope and optimism, how everybody keeps up their brave fronts most of the time is amazing ... the cinematography brimmed with so much life and colours, the sense of adventure often threatens to rock the static bedridden state of conciousness ...

Definitely a must-watch!
